No matter where you are, not matter where you’re starting from, one of the keys to to achieving what you want, is the commitment to make steady progress.
Some days are harder that others, so, that might be something as simple as doing exactly what you did yesterday. Progress is not always more. Sometimes it’s actually less, as long as that supports your goal.
I say ‘steady progress’ because it’s a journey, not a race. If you try to sprint to your goal, you won’t be able to sustain it.
If you have a good reason why, you’ll keep moving forward every day.
And although some things will occasionally knock you off track or slow you down, you’ll always be able to regroup and get back on the path when your goals are clear and true.
