If you’re not making any time to do nothing, then you’re missing out on something big.
I might even argue that all of those other things you’re doing (little and big things) do not add up to how big nothing is.
Nothing, as I’ll define it for the purposes of this post, means intentionally stopping to be still and quiet. To listen & feel what’s going on inside of yourself.
Nothing is so big that just a few minutes every day can be enough to guide & power everything else.
