Twenty years ago I was one of the most unhealthy people you could meet.
Today I feel and look fantastic. I continue to improve every day.
And, I’m nowhere near finished improving.
I plan to live and be healthy, strong, & mobile to 120.
I started down the path to health with very small steps.
And, those steps didn’t have anything to do with food or exercise.
If you’re not very healthy, you can go on a quick-fix diet or detox of some kind to jump-start the process.
But it’s far more important to make a decision that health is of the utmost importance to you, first.
Because after thirty days, you’re going to need the underlying motivation to keep going, one day at a time, for the rest of your life.
