Relationships are such a critical component of your health.
I probably don’t talk about them enough on this blog.

Even if your Nutrition, Exercise, & Recovery are all top-notch …
… if your Relationships are in the toilet, then the first three don’t matter very much.
It’s even possible that, with all of the effort you’re putting into the first three, that poor Relationships can make you physically &/or mentally sick.
That’s how powerful & important they are.
