Sometimes I get a little bit scared when there might not be enough coffee ☕.
When my can of beans is running a little low, or when I’m out of filters and need to brew one more cup.
I feel like I need to go to the supermarket right now.
Because if I don’t, I might not have coffee.
I only drink 1 or 2 cups a day (unlike previously, when I used to drink as many as 10.)
Yet still, it’s a strong psychological addiction.
It pays to be aware of the feelings & emotions that surround these kinds of foods & drinks.
You’re not going to die if you don’t get your coffee, and, neither will I.
So why does it feel that way?
