When we talk about ‘being a meat eater or a plant eater’, it’s just not as simple as drawing a line in the sand between the two.
There’s a big difference between a meat eater who eats McDonald’s regularly, and a meat eater who eats a wide range of whole, organic, grass-fed or wild caught animal proteins and organ meats from sustainable sources.
There’s a big difference between a Vegan who mainly eats cereal, pasta, and processed foods, and a Vegan who eats a wide wide of organically grown fresh vegetables without processed foods.
In both examples, one of those people is following a diet that’s not good for their body, or for the planet.
So it’s not about just being on one side or the other.
It’s much more about how you do what you choose to do, and whether or not your body responds well to it.
Great post 🙂
