It’s Not 95%

You do not need to ‘eat right 95% of the time’.

Practically nobody does.

Most people need to be consistent with their nutrition 60-70% of the time.

Even if it’s 80% … it is NOT even close to 95%.

95% consistency is actually not healthy for the vast majority of people – even for the people who are professionally paid for their appearance, such as swimsuit models or weight-class athletes.
