Breaking My Rules?

I had a late meal the other night, then after that, a late dessert.

Did I break one of my rules?

No. The recent list I shared isn’t a list of rules to follow all the time.

There isn’t any ‘breaking’ them.

Consider them guiding principles to follow 80% of the time.

Maybe 90% if you’re super-serious about being very lean & fit.

NOT 100%.
