I don’t know about you, but if I were to read & respond to my messages whenever they arrived, then I would never stop reading & responding to my messages.
Conversely, when I schedule a time to read & respond to my messages, then, two things happen.
- I don’t get distracted from other things I want to be doing outside of that time.
- I am able to read & respond to all of my messages in a timely manner.
That’s it.
The Healthy Path
