Moving Forward

I do my best to make sure that I am always moving forward – even that means that, in a particular moment, I am resting, meditating, doing absolutely nothing, or sleeping.

As long as those activities are done with the intention of recovery and self-care, as opposed to fear, procrastination, laziness, or something counter-productive.

Life is continuously moving forward.

To do anything else, by definition, is to resist living.
