… have you clearly and specifically written it out?
… have you deeply considered why you want to achieve it, what’s blocking you from doing so, and who is available to support you?
… have you written out a detailed plan of action, and set a deadline?
… have you shared it with a trusted friend, partner, or colleague for critical feedback?
… have you then rewritten your goal, filled in any holes, and outlined any necessary sub-goals accordingly?
… have you, after all of that, set a periodic process (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.) to revisit & revise?
