The thing about change is that it’s not about what I say or suggest.
Whatever change you are capable of today is perfect.
Another way I like to define ‘capable’ is ‘ready, willing, and able’.
If you’re ready, willing, and able to do it, then it’s a good idea to try.
You might not hit it every day – that’s OK too.
That’s how you’ll learn to assess what works well, and what doesn’t.
That’s how you’ll learn to better know what you’re really ready, willing, and able to do this week.
