Eating constantly?

Bored?

More tired than usual, even with less ‘to do’?

As your Coach, I have to be honest with you: these are not popping up now because of the coronavirus.

These kinds of lifestyle challenges you are facing were already in place before the ‘outbreak’. The stage was set in advance.

But that’s only part of the truth. Once you recognize the inconvenient part (the downside), you can begin to partake in the convenient part (the upside).

Here is the rest of the truth: there is a tremendous opportunity for transformation, right now.

You can transform weakness into strength. In fact, this is exactly where your greatest strengths must come from. “No tree can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell”, as Carl Jung said.

Right now, you can turn fragility into “Antifragility“, a term coined by Nassim Taleb. It means “Things That Gain From Disorder.”

This is the perfect time to invest in yourself. There has never been a better time.

You are no longer commuting. You are going to run out of things to watch on Netflix, eventually. (OK, well, maybe not, but, you might get bored.)

You can cook your own food. You can exercise at home. You can begin to replace negative habits with positive ones.

You have the time to do the work, the usually-easy-to-avoid-until-some-non-specific-time-in-the-future inner work, right now.

How? There are many different paths through which you can accomplish this. Plenty of these paths are free. If free or almost free is your thing, if you’re the kind of self-starter who can read a book on his own, follow it’s plan, and that’s all you need, go for it.

I do provide a few free options, in addition to this blog, all confidential:

  • Individual questions via any method (FB, email, text, in person, etc.)
  • 45-minute, one on one Coaching session. Simply complete a short intake form, and schedule with me. There is zero obligation to move forward with any program after this. This session is often highly beneficial on its own. (Obviously, yes, remotely.)

If I cannot answer your question, or we are not a match for each other for any reason, I will refer you to the best possible resource or expert for you that I can.

And yes, I do offer Coaching services for a fee, as follows:

Three Month Group Coaching (4-6 People)

Gather a few friends, close or not. Group Coaching is highly effective because group members hold each other accountable for their progress. This program delivers results for half the price of 1:1 Coaching.

Rate: $75 each, 3 month minimum commitment. Pay up front discount: $200 each.

Six Month 1:1 Coaching Program

The ultimate investment in your health and yourself. Over the course of six short months, we’ll work closely together to transform your life. We’ll meet once every other week. You’ll get plenty of other ‘extras’. At the end, you’ll graduate a practically new person.

Rate: $150 per month, 6 month minimum commitment. Pay up front discount: $800.


This is not a coronavirus sale. I have seen a bunch of those.
