It was only a few years ago that I could barely do one pull-up.
You’ll be amazed at how fast you make progress once you start training.
The closer you are starting to ‘zero’, with ‘zero’ meaning you’re completely out of shape and have done no training at all, the faster it will be.
In the beginning it will be a lot of basics: flexibility work, modified pull-ups & push-ups, lunges, jogging.
I still work the basics all the time even though I’m years into my training.
You can add the heavier, more complicated lifts later.
There’s really no reason that you have to go through life without being able to chase your kid down the block.
And it doesn’t have to take that long to get from zero, to happy & feeling good about yourself.
Just make the commitment to get started, and let me know when you do.
