I’m going to put myself out of business as a Strength & Health Coach:
Eat more vegetables and fruits. Drink more water. Work hard on the basics such as squats, cleans, dips, pull-ups, push-ups, and, presses.
That’s it. That’s all you’ve really got to do. It’s very simple. You can do it on your own.
Of course, that’s true, but, it’s not the whole truth.
I didn’t do it on my own. I did it largely on my own, but, I had guidance.
You can turn your life around completely if you follow those simple instructions.
It’s just not always easy, which is why Coaches exist.
