I may have used this post title before. It’s true.
I’m addicted to things that fuel me, like exercise, home cooking, and, meditation.
That’s because every quarter mile that I sprint; every 8-quart pot of soup that I cook, and every ten minutes session of mindfulness I complete in the morning add to my Vitality.
And if every ‘negative’ has a positive, then so does addiction.
