What can I expect?
This is a free call. There are ‘no strings’ attached, which means that I will not pressure you to sign up for a coaching program with me afterwards. If it’s a match, great. If not, this call should still be highly beneficial for you. I keep everything we discuss completely confidential. We will cover topics such as diet, exercise, and lifestyle. You will leave the call with at least 1 or 2 simple suggestions from me to improve your health.

What do I need?
You’ll need to complete a short, confidential health history form in order to have the most productive call. It takes from 5 to 10 minutes.
