You’re here because you’re ready to become the best version of yourself.
We’re doing this together.
Our group will be: you, me, and three other Dads. Four participants, in a private, remote health coaching program. We’ll hold each other accountable. Whatever we discuss stays inside the group.
This is a new beginning.
You’ll unlearn a lot of junk you’ve been fed about food, movement, and lifestyle in this course. You’re going to see things differently. In the end, you will know how to make good choices about your health that work for you.
This will require effort and commitment.
The more you put into the process, the more you will get out of it. Not just for yourself, but for your family and colleagues as well. Make sure that you have read everything that is required on this page, and checked your calendar in advance.
When will we meet?
All four Challenge weeks from August 3rd through September 6th will follow this same structure:
Monday: Group Learning Meeting via Zoom, 7 to 8:15 PM.
Tuesday: Supplemental content & assignment delivered early AM.
Wednesday: Assignment due by 7 PM.
Thursday: Group Check In Meeting via Zoom, 7 to 8:15 PM.
Friday: Additional content delivered early AM.
Saturday & Sunday: ‘Off’.
We’ll add 1-2 outdoor group activities as needed.
What Will We Learn About?
This is the course syllabus:
Prep Week, July 26th through August 1st: Welcome emails, course overview, ‘before’ pictures taken.
Week 1 Topic – Diet. Monday August 3rd – Sunday August 9th.
Week 2 Topic – Movement. Monday August 10th – Sunday August 16th.
Week 3 Topic – Quiet. Monday August 24th – Sunday August 30th.
Week 4 Topic – Happiness. Monday August 31st – Sunday September 6th.
Post-Challenge, after Labor Day: Personalized follow up, exit & continuing strategies for success.
Is That It?
That’s the overview: two group meetings, one assignment, and one activity per week.
That is definitely NOT it. If you’re looking for the bare minimum, for ‘how little you have to do’, you should abort now. That’s not what this is about.
It’s not that I’m going to make your ‘assignment’ a boring essay with a minimum number of words.
It’s about impact and results. It’s about everything in between the words on the syllabus.
It’s about how much more you can do for yourself.
I keep things as simple as possible, but that does not mean easy.
You’re here because you want to change, and that does require work.
You’ll need to think about what foods to buy when you shop, when to cook, and how to portion your plate.
But there is no test.
The work is the gift. That’s what brings about the change you seek.
If you’ve read this far, I like you already. Most people don’t read past 500 words these days.
This isn’t for most people. This is for you.
At the bottom of this page there will be a link to apply. You’ll be asked to fill out a health history.
Then you and I will do a quick phone call. I’m screening these four spots for highly motivated participants only.
If you’re accepted, then you’ll pay, and we begin.
Why So Selective?
It’s really you who is choosing yourself, I’m just the guide.
But I am going to give you everything I’ve got this August, to make sure that you get where you want to be.
This is important to me because you’re a Plainview Dad, like me.
And as I said, if you are not satisfied with the content of this program, and you actually put in the work, then I will refund your money back in full. I do not want any unsatisfied clients. That is my no risk, 100% guarantee.
Who Am I?
Coach Matt Fried here. I’ll be with you every step of the way through this month, and beyond. I’ve been an Integrative Health Coach since 2017.
Back in 2000, I was overweight, out of shape, sedentary, and severely depressed. I went through an important decade of inner work before I began my external transformation, and that experience supports everything that I do today, for you.
In 2010 I began cleaning up my diet and reshaping my body, ultimately arriving at the point where I knew that it was my calling to help you do the same.
I’ve helped several individual clients and groups so far. I also work as an Organic food salesman, and have 10 and 8 year-old children.
What’s Different About This Program?
It’s not a diet.
It’s not a race to a finish line, even though I am calling it a 30-Day Challenge and adding a prize for extra motivation.
You’re going to ‘win’ simply by signing up and doing the work.
At the end of August, you’ll be standing on solid ground from which you can move forward, confidently, with your health.
And, I’ll let you in on a little secret: the grand prize isn’t the only prize.
There are bonuses and extras that won’t disappoint.
Some testimonials from former clients:
“I really enjoy your coaching – so far I never had the feeling someone was looking at health and nutrition in this complex manner. Thinking about all those different aspects broaden my mind so much! Thank you!”
“I have to say that attending our sessions has motivated me tremendously to eat more healthy. It feels so good to be back on track! Thank you for your advice and support!”
Now it’s your turn.
There are four spots open for the August 30-Day Vitality Challenge.
Your investment is $200 for one month of training and transformation.
