When Should I Eat?

Here’s how it should look in general:

On most days, begin & stop eating at approximately the same time.

Don’t eat too close to bedtime.

Don’t be too religious about it; if you’re very hungry, you should probably eat.

This entrains your biological systems to perform at their best.
