The Family Pillar

No client ever calls me to work on issues they’re having in their Family, but Family always comes up in conversations with every client.

This is because Family is one of the key pillars of your health; you cannot separate ‘what you should eat’ from it.

For example, if you focus too much on ‘what you should eat’, to the point where you’re not able to spend time with your Family, that’s not a very healthy diet at all.
