5-Minutes-A-Day-May

Every day this May I’m making it a point to invest a minimum of 5 minutes per day into the following 3 areas of my life that could use some improvement:

  • 5 minutes of seated meditation.
  • 5 minutes of mobility practice.
  • 5 minutes to call a family member or friend.

You could join me with just one 5-minute action per day this month.

If you need help coming up with one, just hit reply and let me know what’s been bothering you, or which area(s) of your life are could use a boost.
