Before I left South Dakota last week, early in the morning, I went outside and took final, long, deep breath of the Dakota sky & air.
Maybe I’ll go back one day; maybe I won’t.
The purpose of that breath was only partially to augment the memory of the trip.
You can stop and take a deep, long breath anywhere, anytime you need to.
You don’t have to be outside, or on vacation.
If you want to get centered and grounded, that available anytime, anyplace.
