In Order To Be Healthier

I wrote yesterday’s post about starvation because many people, perhaps even you, feel that starvation is a ‘weight loss diet or tactic’ that they should use in order to ‘be healthier’.

This could not be further from the truth.

In order to become stronger & healthier, you must eat food, and of course, do many other things.

Now, I could make a long list here, so I’ll just tell you:

Starvation is not on the list.
