Arrive Empty.

I do my best to ‘arrive empty’ to everything.

Whether it be a work meeting, coaching session, or even a family dinner.

Sure, I might have something I want or need to say.

But first & foremost, I like to be ready to listen, without assuming anything, and without bringing any prior baggage to the conversation.
