Have Your Bags Packed.

I pack my bags for activities the night before.

This alleviates many small decisions that one might have to make in the morning, which can become very stressful when under a time constraint.

Take out (or sleep in!) your gym clothes.

Set up your lunch for work.

Get your briefcase or bag ready.

Make your mornings as easy as possible, and your day will follow the same path.
