The Coffee Crash.

Coffee does give you a bit of a boost in energy, but it’s not the same as from food.

It increases the release of certain adrenal hormones.

The thing is, you can’t just drink lots of coffee ‘for energy’.

There is always a consequence, a repercussion, otherwise known as ‘a crash’.

If you drink lots of coffee in a short time, then you will have a larger crash.
