Get Moving & Going

Be as active as you can all day long, not just when you’re ‘at the gym’.

There are many – practically infinite, because your daily life is unique – ways to fit various kinds of physical movement in throughout the day.

For example:

  • Walk while taking phone calls.
  • Do a few push-ups every hour.
  • Squat for 5, 10, 20 minutes while watching or listening to something.

I could go on.

Instead, I’ll just remind you to get going!
