There are many – practically infinite, because your daily life is unique – ways to fit various kinds of physical movement in throughout the day.
For example:
- Walk while taking phone calls.
- Do a few push-ups every hour.
- Squat for 5, 10, 20 minutes while watching or listening to something.
I could go on.
