Today I had breakfast for lunch and dinner for breakfast.

I also did my morning workout at 2:15 PM.

Then I did most other portions of my usual morning routine after dinner.

Things don’t always go according to plan, but you can still do the things that work for you when they do.

Don’t get too fixated on timing.

Priorities are within your control.

Timing – not as much.
