If you’ve seen me online or know me, then you know that I’m very athletic.
I’m constantly exercising, moving, playing soccer, doing extra pushups, etc. etc.
Many people assume that I’ve always been athletic, and that I probably played sports in college.
I didn’t.
In college, I was the opposite of athletic.
I was sedentary, overweight, lazy, & eventually depressed.
I did everything ‘bad’ that I could possibly do for myself and my health.
But here’s the thing …
… it is the fact that I didn’t play sports in college … the very experience of going through that phase of my life, which was and still is part of my path, and then the subsequent healing that followed afterwards, which helped shaped me into the athlete and nutrition coach that you see today.
