The Pressure To Be Not You

There is a tremendous amount of visual pressure on you that’s trying to make you feel like you need to look like someone you’re not.

Here’s the truth:

You’re not a bodybuilder, swimsuit model, fitness icon, professional athlete, or A-list actor.

You are you.

You’re not supposed to have 2% body fat and look like you’re ready for a magazine shoot.

And by the way: that’s not healthy at all, for you.

It’s not even healthy for the person in the shoot, except for a the shortest duration possible.

What you see in the picture is just a momentary snapshot in time.

Not the whole picture at all.
