5 Minutes Is Not Forever

Sometimes, stopping to sit down and meditate for five minutes feels like forever.

Of course, if that’s the case, then you probably need to stop and sit down for ten or twenty minutes.

Either way, five minutes is not forever.

You can do it, and when it’s over, you’ll most likely thank yourself.
