I’ve been out of my house for a few days.
When I travel, my daily routine is, of course, not the same.
I don’t have my home gym, or all of the foods & supplements in my kitchen with me.
But I can do a close version of each component of my usual routine.
I can squeeze half a lemon into some water.
I can do push-ups.
I can eat simple foods.
Sometimes a close version of the ideal thing is all that’s needed.
