“I could use a day off.”

“I have a vacation coming up, so I can start resting now.”

“I can just do a small workout.”

“I can workout tomorrow.”

“I’m comfortable on this couch right now.”

These are the kinds of lies I sometimes tell myself.

However, the moment that I actually go into the gym and start moving my body, I immediately see that they were all lies, and that I needed to train today.
