Eggs, butter, potatoes, & onions.
That’s a typical ‘go-to’ breakfast for me when I want to lose a little fat.
That’s right: lose, not ‘hold steady’ or gain.
Typically the only things that make me gain fat are eating out repeatedly and/or consuming alcohol.
If I want to gain muscle, then I just eat more of the above.
You can eat a lot of food and lose weight.
It’s just got to be the right kinds of foods.
This sounds very balanced and the butter i suspect provides that little bit of something nice. I agree that often the “right” food are demonised as the wrong ones. In reality it is about the diet not the specific foodstuffs chosen …
