Effort & Expectations

When it comes to maintaining a level of nutritional health that is ideal for you, the amount of effort required must be considered.

For example:

If you want to be really lean, then you’re going to have to sacrifice a few things, regularly plan what you eat, and cook almost all of your food.

It is possible to simplify, systematize, and reduce the amount of effort required with practice.

But it cannot be eliminated.

So, if you’re not willing to put in a high amount of effort, then you must adjust your expectations, because being super-lean and athletic is not in the cards for you.

With a medium or modest amount of effort, it is possible to be very, very healthy and happy.

If your expectations are aligned.
