The diet bookshelf is overwhelmingly packed with choices.
So, which one should you get?
My recommendation is: get as many as you want to read.
Don’t treat any one of them as the holy Bible by default.
If a certain book works really well for you, great!
Just always know that you don’t have to do everything that book says exactly the way it says forever because at some point, it’s likely that will not always work for you all of the time.
What you can always do is take the pieces & principles from one, several, or many books and use them when you want to.
