Removing Yourself

It turns out that in order to be your ‘best self’, it’s best to remove your ‘self’ from the situation completely.

Of course, your self doesn’t even exist in the first place, so it would be more correct to say, or remember, that it’s really your ‘not-self’ that’s trying to interfere.
