‘Perfectly’ Healthy?

I am not ‘100% healthy’. (There is no such thing.)

A muscular body in a pair of skintight pants does not automatically mean that the person walking around in them is healthy ‘all around’.

There are many VERY healthy people who have a little – or even a lot – of body fat they might want to lose.

Yes, there are physical benefits that come with looking physically fit, generally speaking.

What’s NOT true is this:

“If you don’t look as physically fit as some other people (or images) do, then you are not healthy.”

That’s not true at all.

Do not convince or judge yourself of it.
