Dating Alone

I make frequent ‘dates’ with myself.

For example, no matter how busy I am, I’ll usually cook myself one meal per day, and leave my phone out of it, sitting down at the table for a few moments to enjoy my food.

My morning meditation & trainings count too.

It’s important to have some alone time.

For some, more than others.

For you, it might just be a few minutes a day.

But if you’re not getting any alone time at all, you’re probably finding that popping up as frustration or anger somewhere else.
