Ate Too Much?

If you ‘went overboard’ with food this holiday, my recommendation is to spend a few minutes to really think about why you ate whatever you ate.

What was happening before, during, and after that event(s)?

What where you thinking & feeling?

Then you can use that information to either:

— Make adjustments around what led up to the event(s).

— Make preparations for potential future similar events.

Or both.
