You’re Not On Level 3.

Most people immediately jump to ‘limitation’ or ‘restriction’ when they think about diet or weight loss.

However, limitation is actually ‘Level 3’; not Level 1 or 2.

Level 1 is expansion & inclusion – the exact opposite of what most people think.

Level 2 is about refinement, for example tweaking your macronutrient proportions

Level 3 requires restriction & limitation.

There’s a 95% chance that you are not on Level 3.
