Bravery (like toughness) is also a muscle you can exercise.

You never ‘get rid’ of fear, or become completely fearless.

You’ll always have fears, no matter how tough, good, or confident you are.

The key is to be brave enough to dance with those fears.

That takes repeated, intentional practice.
