How Far You’ve Come

There is a possible future in which you won’t have to think much about what to eat.

You won’t have to think much about it because you’ll have tested & retested it over & over again.

You will have lots of practice under your belt.

You’ll have planned, shopped, and cooked so many times that the process will be habitual. It will be part of your life, and there will be no going back to the way your diet was before, because you’ll never want to feel like that again.

For now, that future starts with just one practice, one step forward.

When you look back later, you’ll be amazed how far you’ve come.
