Not Less Food

If you’ve tried several, or perhaps many different diets, it may be time to ditch the idea of dieting.

There is no truth in the notion that ‘restrictive dieting is the only way to lose weight’.

Enjoying a satisfying diet that keeps you well-fed and happy is also a way to lose weight.

With nutrition, it might be the case that less = more.

Less rules, not less food that is.
