I recently did a series on ‘The Top 10 Missteps People Make With Their Nutrition’.
On reflection, I realized that it was out of character for me to focus on the negative, rather than the positive aspect.
So, here are my Top 10 Nutrition Forward Steps:
- Keep it simple.
- Be flexible.
- Be truthful.
- Be inclusive.
- Hydrate properly.
- Eat adequate protein.
- Plan, prioritize, & prepare.
- Eat enough for you.
- Stop eating close to bedtime.
- Eat when you’re hungry.
