The last of the three aspects of being likely to succeed on any wellness goal is ‘Able’.
We’ve talked about ‘Willing’ & ‘Ready’.
If you are both willing and ready, that’s great … and you must also be able.
For example, you might want to home cook 90% of your food this week, but if you’ve never cooked before, while you can learn, we’re not sure yet if you have the ability to do so.
Or even better:
You might want to count all of your calories for three days, but if you don’t have a food scale, or time to do so, then you won’t be able to.
Make sure you’re always ‘ready, willing, & able’ to the degree of at least an 8 or a 9 out of 10.
If it’s 7 or less, you’re not set up for success.
