‘Noticing’ doesn’t sound sexy, but in fact it’s quite powerful.

When you practice noticing tension beginning to arise in your body, usually in your heart and/or gut, you gain the power to dissolve it immediately.

Tension doesn’t like to be noticed.

Tension likes to grab the steering wheel away from you.

But here’s the thing: it needs your permission.

You are the driver, any time you want to be.
