This probably includes YOU.
This means that when you choose something simple to practice*, such as ‘eat whole rather than processed foods’ or ‘do meal prep at home twice a week’, and successfully execute it 80% of the time, then you will have accomplished something that most people will not.
Only very few people, based on their goals, abilities, and other factors, actually need to execute more complex nutritional tasks, or be consistent to a higher degree.
That level of nutritional discipline & complexity is probably NOT FOR YOU.
Most likely, even if you know a lot about food & health, perhaps even if you’re a wellness professional, you still only need the basics.
Keep it simple.
*Those are just two examples of many possible others.
