On Salt

On salt: I love salt.

I add either Pink Himalayan or Celtic Grey Salt liberally to most of my food and in my morning drink, every day.

Of course, those are not the same thing as standard table salt, which often has anti-caking agents added to it, and does not contain valuable minerals that the other salts do.

You will encounter a small percentage of table salt, inevitably, when eating out, because that’s just what restaurants & packaged foods use.

It’s best simply to limit this and ‘control the controllables’ by choosing a higher quality salt at home.
