Sometimes I forget that once, a long time ago, I did Robb Wolf’s Paleo Solution protocol for thirty days.
I didn’t deviate from the plan in that book one bit.
Zero cheating.
Zero gluten, dairy, refined foods or sugars, etc.
All whole, fresh food, all home cooked, for the entire month.
That completely changed my life.
I felt better after that than I had at any point prior.
So, when I’m talking to you about nutrition, I may sometimes have to remind myself that you may never have done anything like that.
You may not know how that feels.
And that’s OK.
I can talk about nutrition all day long.
But if you can actually DO that for one month (and you can), you’ll see for yourself.
